The LRAEF Scholars program provides financial support to qualified individuals who are pursuing post-secondary and graduate education with the goal of building a career in the culinary, foodservice, tourism, or hospitality fields. This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll at a college, university, community college, or technical school in Louisiana. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
Retention Requirement
If awarded, recipients must enroll full-time (a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester) and maintain a semester GPA of 3.0 or higher to keep the scholarship.

We are committed to supporting the continuation of agriculture by encouraging the next generation of farm and ranch families. To that end, we established a tax-exempt foundation that provides scholarships to qualified students pursuing agriculture-related studies. The first two scholarships were awarded in 1993. Since then, we have granted 196 scholarships — totaling nearly $500,000 — to assist graduating high school seniors as they begin college.

Founded in 2012, RFA runs an annual Art Scholarship Competition that invites talented high school artists to create original work responding to a new theme each year.
