Funds are designated for academic use and will be disbursed through the recipient’s institution for the specified semester. The modest award is intended to defray educational expenses and recognize scholarly promise. - Single cash award amount: $1,000 - Funds paid directly to the recipient’s designated university - Intended to support semester-specific academic expenses Application Materials & Format **Required documents:** Submit a completed application form, resume/CV (with project descriptions), current transcript, certificate of enrollment, and one letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, counselor, or community leader. **Essay or presentation:** Provide either an original essay (minimum 800 words) or a 10–12 slide PowerPoint with detailed presenter notes. Choose one topic: A Recombinant Protein; Protein Therapeutics; or Recombinant Protein Technologies.
