Who should apply (Eligibility)
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Exhibit leadership, integrity, drive, and active citizenship in their school, community, or workplace.
- Intend to enroll as a full‑time undergraduate student at an accredited, four‑year college or university in the United States for the entire 2026–2027 academic year.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Maintain strong academic standing (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent).
- Be current U.S. high school seniors graduating in winter 2025 or spring 2026. This includes students in U.S. territories and commonwealths, home‑schooled students, and those attending U.S. Armed Forces schools abroad.
What the selection committee looks for
Successful applicants clearly demonstrate how they lead and serve in ways that reflect the values championed by President Reagan. Provide concrete examples of your leadership, moral character, determination, and contributions to your community.
