The NAWIC Founders’ Scholarship Foundation (NFSF) supports the construction sector by helping develop a skilled workforce through college degrees and certified training. The construction field includes nearly every professional role — from trades and project management to administrative, legal, financial, insurance, and business ownership roles. The NFSF exists to support students pursuing careers in these areas.

This nationwide contest—focused on conserving oceans, lakes, rivers, streams and wetlands—runs from Oct. 1, 2025 through Dec. 1, 2025. Teachers and students are encouraged to design and paint a collaborative mural (minimum 4 feet by 8 feet) that explores how conservation influences our lives and environment.
